   I looked up this company on the Better Bureau Website (google BBB) because I also recieved a letter in the mail from them. My letter had a Jacksonville, FL address. I found that the BBB Grades them at F for the length of time the business has been operating (Aug 2007) and failure to respond to complaints filed against the business. If you look them up you will see under the Customer Complaint History that they did not respond to 1 complaint. All others were fixed or they tried to fix it.

   There is a note by the BBB that Scams for helping homeowners is on the rise and to be wary. Is this company a scam? I don’t know, but I won’t work with them based on what I found and the fact that I can’t find a company website on the net. I will continue to research HUD and the Hope for Homeowners Program.

   I checked this company out on the net and found several negative responses from people who have received the same letter. This is the same type of scam as “Lend America” is also advertising on T.V. I spent a month going through the “process” with them and in the end was not helped at all. I have since wrote a “hardship letter” to my original letter, and they are currently working with me to reduce my rate/payment? You can find sample hardship letter examples on-line or through your lender. Hope this helps?

   Scam artists, they send the letters to the desperate home owners and then the lies begin, it took me 30 seconds to root out the scam, they dont even have the audacity to pay talented thieves and con artists on the phone, before i finished with this guy “”Lowell”" I had him confessing to kidnapping the Lindbergh baby…Save your time and your money, this is a scam

   Thank Goodness I googled this place. I also received a letter today and when things are going the way they are, this letter looks like GOLD!!
   One thing I have learned in my lifetime is “If it looks too good to be true, than it is!”
   I am just too darn gullible.

   I would stay clear of these guys. Try negotiating a workout with your lenders or talk to a Realtor. You can list your house for sale even if it is upside down.And while we are listing it for sale we are negotiating with the banks to take less than what is owed. (this is called a short sale). It doesn’t cost you anything to list it and the bank ends up paying the commission for the sale out of the proceeds. I have even heard of an agent negotiating a price on a house and then saying ok refinance it at this amount and actually getting the bank to do that for the customer. They didn’t charge anything for their help but they got a client for life out of the deal. And I am sure the home owner will refer all their freinds and family to him as well!

   i also got a letter from the same people as the customer tiffany i didnt look on the internet about them but here is what i am dealing w/ to get my refund check i have also contact the attonery general in t his matter. so now we will see how soon i will get my refund.please read my story below

   I would like to get my refund check back of $1470 who I was told by Jose that I would get on 4.10.09 and have not, I was then told and transferred to Tracy who is your hr, office manager, and refunds person to leave her a mesg. well guess what i have left several and you know what she has not called me back either. I have talked to voicemail’s of the following people: Tracy Richard Jose, who let me make clear I think they only check there voice mails once a day. I am very frustrated w/ your company, everyone says they will call back and when they do no one has an answer the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing I spoke to josh and Candace who are the only helpful ones that pass messages on to someone or at least I think and no one calls me back. when I do get a call back from Richard who told me is in charge of operations tells me he will call back on 4.27.09 and its now 4.28.09 and still have not heard from him. I was told on march 5th by Jeremy who know longer works there that I needed to get the ball rolling on this..ok so like anyone who is trying to save there house we did thinking that you have our info knowing we have a VA loan. and guess what we pay you $1470 that was in such a dire need that you needed so bad on march 5 2009 we then proceed w/ our debit card…I keep calling and call Jeremy on this personal cell phone to come to find out he no longer works for you all and proceeds to give me Richard smiths number…who again we are leaving messages with.we finally get a call from a Marilyn in the dept to help us and she then tells me that they do not handle VA loans…so great and jose stated I would get a refund check back of 1050 which I didn’t understand because you all did nothing for us. so why would you jip us out on 400. when I finally called back and again left another message for Richard smith who finally called me back and told me that we should get a full refund and that he will call me back on 4.27.09 well its 4.28.09 and I still have not gotten an answer, so I again call and speak to josh who says he will forward me to his supervisor, bob who I again tell my entire story to and explain that I have not heard anything about my refund he then said he is there till about 7 and he will see what he can find out and call me back. ok so at 6:30pm eastern time I call again because I have not heard from bob so I spoke to Candance who says that there is limited crew now..of course so she said she will leave a message…I then get and incoming call from bob…who informs me he has no answer of why we don’t have our refund…so I explain to him and yes because I am so beyond pissed I told him I know you all don’t give a shit about my life when you leave work..and he proceeded to tell me well I am glad you know me so well that I do care…and he also tells me that he has been a supervisor for 6 months… ok and I care why I want my REFUND CHECK when I asked him if you all where part of the American foreclosure company he said yes I proceeded to tell him that I have contacted the attorney general who has given me and avadavat to fill out and to send to them because you all are considered to be on the scam list..bob got really defensive with me and started yelling back at me and I told him that I was the customer I did not need to be yelled at…and he said well you told me that I don’t give a shit…then he again proceeded to tell me” TO EAT SHIT AND DIE” AND HUNG UP ON ME. ok so at this point what would you do I called Richard smith and told him that I didn’t like that his so called supv. has told me to eat shit and die. I then get a call back from bob on my cell phone from a 904-476-8333 number and he tells me to look at this other company that is free and they handle VA loans…ok well we are already working w/ someone else I just want my REFUND!! when I ask bob what his last name is he told me he was not going to give it out because I was going to throw him under the bus… why not when he told me i should eat shit and die! but yet I have his cell number…ok that makes no sense. so he gives me the owners name of ray Paulk so I call the cust svc number back and ask to me transfer to that v/m because again im sure he was gone for the day. and leave him a mesg. I am really wondering are you all charged of how many calls you make . I just want someone to call me back and/or send me my REFUND CHECK OVERNIGHT. SINCE I HAVE WAITED 13 DAYS FOR IT AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT. now who ever is reading this please please put yourself in my shoes. how would this make you feel? I think you would be pretty pissed again if someone would please call me back that sure would be great!!! thanks again for your time in reading this,
