Open Question: My husband and I own a 72 ford custom built maverick were selling. Someone wants to trade timeshare for it?

They own it and it's on the Ocean in Daytona Beach. Were not sure if this is a good deal or not because we dont know a whole lot about time shares. Does anyone know how these work and if we can rent them out to make money off it? We have the car forsale for $25,000 but it's worth $33,000 so dont know if this is a good trade.
