Open Question: HELP!! PLEASE!! Arranged to buy a house in spain over the internet in the country now looking at the property?

and finalising paper work but something doesnt seem right.? this is all too easy i dont want to be scammed of my money the company website is http://www.belmonteinternational.com/ Any ideas? on how i can put my mind at ease or do some background research ive tried google but cant find anything HELP would be much appreciated yes we have done it through a solicitor
