Open Question: If we signed a contract to buy a house, but the contract doesn’t state “pending financing” are we able to ? Open Question: Could i make it happen?

I was just browsing houses, and saw a house for $1500, with 5 BR, 3 bathrooms and half bath, and the payments are $7 a month (no joke). Why would a house like that sell for such a low price? http://www.remax-michigan.com/remaxmi/modules/internet/search/includes/mapsearch/listingpopup.asp?mlsid=3020&mlsnumber=423722&l=y Haha I was just thinking something like that was wrong with it :P It can't be a mistake, they would have fixed by now, I'm sure. I first looked at that house in September, it's almost November. As far as I can tell there are no neighbors. 20 acres comes with it. Michigan doesn't have earthquakes, no mountains around it, and I'm prepared for a zombie apocalypse :P It's not for rent and if it was a typo it'd be fixed by now. If it was for rent, why does it say Mortgage Calculator?? That's why I think it's not selling, because of the taxes for 20 acres.
