they pay their half of the rent to me and i take my half and theirs to the landlord. but they haven't been paying the full rent every month. a few hundred here and there but never the full amount, and i get stuck with the rest. im broke because of them. so how can i get them out if i cant issue the 3day pay or quit.

Ps: i plan to file an unlawful detainer if they do not pay or comply with the 3day
