Open Question: If we signed a contract to buy a house, but the contract doesn’t state “pending financing” are we able to ? Open Question: Could i make it happen?

So if your house is within the border of town A but the street that's it's on as well as the street that it is facing upon is on the border of town B... than what town is it your house really in? Both A and B? Or is it debatable and thus any answer is as correct? This is confusing because the street address is one town - however the house is within the borders of another town.... Please try your best to give the most accurate answers in terms of what most counties would consider accurate. thank you.
