I am thinking about purchasing a home in either Detroit, Michigan or Jacksonville, Florida or Los Angeles, California for rental purposes. I would appreciate opinions on the following questions:
1) Which city has a higher urgency for homes needed for Section 8 tenants?
2) Should i rent to Section 8 tenants or normal private market tenants?
3) Which city has a lower crime rate?
