Open Question: If we signed a contract to buy a house, but the contract doesn’t state “pending financing” are we able to ? Open Question: Could i make it happen?

I have an apartment in Bangalore that I have had for about 5 years. I am now planning to sell it. I live abroad and would prefer to take the money out of the country. Can I do this? I understand I might have to pay Capital Gains Tax, but how do I calculate it and how much can I really take out? Thanks
