I want to buy a row house built on GUnthewari land under Pimpri-chinchwad corporation area.Builder is saying he will also do the registration with land.What should i check before buying this property? Is gunthewari land might cause any problem in near future in PCMC/pune?Please send reply , tis very urgent….
