- STREETSCAPES/West End Avenue: Three Apples of Somebody’s Eye
West End Avenue and vicinity was once a stronghold of town houses. Three of the now-rare breed bear distinctive traces of the attentions of recent owners.

I am currently using their process now. I asked a real estate agent to look at the houses records to make sure they were in order, and they were. You do have to pay a dwnpymnt, about 3% down.
I will let you know how this goes, I am supposed to move 4-1-09.

What happened? Will the homeowner recommend tham?

We worked with Ayres Real Estate and we do not recommend them at all. Our tenants give them a down payment of $4300 and when it was time to find a mortgage company they were nowhere to be found. The own said she would return my call and never did. It’s not true that they will find a bank to finance your home.
