My friend had his house to be taken by the bank (foreclosure). He still has his deed. I asked him if he has any documents that states that he no longer owns the house. He told me that the docs he has are just letters they (bank) sent to him stating when to vacate the house. Now state says that he needs to pay property tax on his former house. - How would he prove that he no longer owns the house? - How to get the state to remove that property from his tax records? - Can bank use money in the escrow account to cover their losses, instead of paying off property tax? I was curious about realtors for new residential/commercial developments. I've noticed around here there is usually 1 realtor assigned per new development of a townhome or other residential community and sometimes commercial developments too. How do you get into this part of realty? Does the development co. hire you personally?

I'm curious about anyone who knows about mortgage rates. How low had they gotten and how low do you feel they are now compared to where you think they will go? I know that no one can predict anything, but there must be smart people who are familiar with them and have an idea. I know it can be right or wrong, but those in the industry I think have a better idea than someone not in the industry. Also, where would you go to find the best rate right now? If I go to something like bankrate.com will I find the cheapest? Are there any companies that have scams on sites like that? What should I watch out for?

Is there a way to get a copy of a realestrate quick claims deed.

and all i can hear is bass down here no music just BASS. and i was wondering if i went up there asked them to turn it down they do for a couple of house but then turns it back up have a 4 year old and a boyfriend who works nights and gets woken up to it every day for the last week.. should i call landlord and talk to him about it or go back up there and talk to them? at lease my daughter sleeps through it..
