The large house has many rooms, beautiful and classic, but it built in the middle of the gathering of the high building, so almost has not much sunrise could come in to the house? so no one wanted to buy it and the seller discount the price into the same amount of the small house? awhile the small house is much smaller than the large house but built in the good area nearby the small river. which one would you buy?

I would receive the cash up front, but I would be able receive a check up front from the points. the property i am buying is an investment but i am the buyer. i just got my mortgage license to learn about mortgages for investing but I am trying to figure out if I can make money on the side.

I've nearly finished school and might move out and rent. I'm just curious how much it averagely costs for a house or a flat. Would the price be affected it more people lived there? I live in Australia, Victoria.

rent to own, landlord shady, threats, wont produce statement of owing and principal and interest, legal aid no lawyer for mortages, I'm on disability no one will direct me as to what to do. I can show my payments etc. Need immediate help time is of the essence. thanx

I rented the flat 3 years ago. The landlord has not provided signed lease agreement & rent receipts for last two years. I plan to vacate the flat but he is not ready to proved the lease agreement copies & insists that he would return the security deposit only after I hand over flat keys to him. Should I vacate or insist for rent receipts & agreement papers first? Also I suspect he would deduct money unnecessarily...Pl advise I live in Pune (India)
