My landlord wants me out at noon but I can't get the rental truck until 9:00am and this is not enough time to move, clean and be ready for a walk through. I am wondering if I legaly have until midnight or if I have to be out at noon like she asked

My mom has a realesate license in texas, and was wondering if there was any way to get one in california, without paying so much money, and taking alot of classes!

My new husband and I make... 26,400 per year before taxes, 2,200 per month. We are young but have already established good credit 720. My general plan is to have our room mate move with us and rent out a room of a hopefully 2-3 bedroom house. Then move out somewhere down the road when we might extend our family in maybe 5yrs. We will make more money by then to afford it. If we could come up with a down payment that didn't kill us, the three of us could afford 900 per month and still live comfortably. I just don't know if that's a possibility with the housing market I don't know much about... HELP!

I'm 17 years old and dropped out a while ago, and i'm thinking of the best thing to have a secure future. I,m going to school for paramedic certification in a few weeks and while i'm leaving with my parents i want to save as much money as i can.
any idea of what i can do? I'm sitting home doing nothing, and i'm trying to find a job somewhere around town dishwashing or something but i'm having a really hard time. Somone please give me advice?

we have given this info to the property mgt however on site mgr would like for personal use as he lets his children rifle thru residents files to look up on the internet
