Okay so me and my friends are moving into an appartment and we dont know everything that we need. There is 3 of us and two bedrooms, i would rather not go get it and relieze that were missing something important. So anything from dishes to pillows to bathroom

as i know the tennant there will be none of the usually nonsense you would get with a tennant you dont know,as long as my mortgage gets paid every month whats the problem? can anybody help me please!

My foreclosure attorney lied to me, and didn't tell me we had 28 days to appeal in foreclosure court. After the court she didn't even called me, I had to call her for 3 days to find out the outcome. I asked if we can appeal, and she said: NO, you can't appeal in this kind of case (foreclosure). I left it like she said. Just today I contacted my mortgage company layer, and they said that we didn't appeal and they had to put our house for sheriff's sale! We want to keep the house and work on loan modifacation. Sheriff's sale is in few weeks. What do I do!!! please help! No one made mistake. I called our county court, and they said we had right to appeal, and axpired after 28 days. This is state of Illinois.

I already know the rent cost. But what I want to know is if you add up the cost for everything like food millelaneous items and all that nonsence how much? we are all putting our money together because we all have the same pay. and were really close. I dont give a F*** i am 19, i asked for help. NOT PUT DOWNS!

They seem to promise a lot but most have posted problems. No return calls, file is always being processed, etc. And what is up with all of the classes? Why do you have to pay for them? Isn't all of this information free from the government or other lenders? Why do they ask for huge amounts of money to be paid by the sellers only to buy down the interest rate? Wouldn't that be like increasing my purchase price, with a higher loan, just to pre-pay interest?

I am looking to buy a flat. The problem is it only has a 66 year lease. I am told it also comes with share of freehold. I don't understand it. Can it have both. What is a share of freehold and does it make a difference on the lease. But will I lose my money. Will I be able to sell or extend the lease without paying a fortune?

my landlord gave us 2 months notice we are leaving within in that 2 months half way through october he was a full months rent can he do that because he gave us notice.
