Hi, I am coming for residency @ University of Pittsburgh, Where is the best area to live with two small kids.

I was just browsing houses, and saw a house for $1500, with 5 BR, 3 bathrooms and half bath, and the payments are $7 a month (no joke). I first looked at that house in September, it's almost November. As far as I can tell there are no neighbors. 20 acres comes with it. Michigan doesn't have earthquakes, no mountains around it, and I'm prepared for a zombie apocalypse :P It's not for rent and if it was a typo it'd be fixed by now. If it was for rent, why does it say Mortgage Calculator?? That's why I think it's not selling, because of the taxes for 20 acres.
