I remember when signing my lease it allowed me to break it without penalty in Orlando, Florida. Before I call there and request the information, does anybody know the timeframe of notice I have to give the landlord? (Pinnacle Property)

a. I'm behind on my payments. I heard you have to be current to qualify.
b. I'm behind on my property taxes and am getting letters from my lender to pay it but I don't have all the money to be current on my mortgage plus property tax.

I was just browsing houses, and saw a house for $1500, with 5 BR, 3 bathrooms and half bath, and the payments are $7 a month (no joke). Why would a house like that sell for such a low price?

Haha I was just thinking something like that was wrong with it :P
It can't be a mistake, they would have fixed by now, I'm sure. I first looked at that house in September, it's almost November.
As far as I can tell there are no neighbors. 20 acres comes with it. Michigan doesn't have earthquakes, no mountains around it, and I'm prepared for a zombie apocalypse :P
It's not for rent and if it was a typo it'd be fixed by now. If it was for rent, why does it say Mortgage Calculator??
That's why I think it's not selling, because of the taxes for 20 acres.
