they pay their half of the rent to me and i take my half and theirs to the landlord. but they haven't been paying the full rent every month. a few hundred here and there but never the full amount, and i get stuck with the rest. im broke because of them. so how can i get them out if i cant issue the 3day pay or quit.

Hi, let's assume there is a deal to buy a 6-plex. the seller agrees to a 10% Vendor Take Back (VTB).
does this in MOST CASES mean 1, 2 or 3 years loan from the seller or is it closer to 10, 20 or 30 years loan? I’m tying to understand how attractive those VTB deals really are - if it's just a 2 years loan then I can not pay it back anyway but if it’s closer to 10-20 years then it can really help close a deal. I'm referring to the 10% you get from the seller of course. THANKS

Apparently it costs $150-$200.
My agent said that I can buy the test equipment from home depot or something.. but should I get it done with a professional? If the result came positive, I understand HUD will not allow me to break the contract. What the hell?

6 people live in this house and we all use far less than the average amount of water... but because of our classification as a "single family dwelling" we are charged more. I'm not sure if this is correct or if the (02) specifies 2 residents.

since we moved here which has only been 6 months ago there have been mice and ive called and called and they send a exterminator who comes gives me traps and thats it we had the matinence people plug up hole but it seems like every1s doing a half ass job and im very unhappy my son is crawling all over and thats not safe with these mice what can i do and please give detail like should i get a lawyer if so what kind?

One morning my wife and I were awoken by the niegbor downstairs knocking on our door letting us know that their was a leak in our apartment come to find out the leak was caused by a rat that had chewed through a water line and before i signed the lease I had asked the manager if the aprtment had been spayed and checked for mice I was told yes. The day that the leak happened I called the manager about the problem and she had the maintnance man come over to fix the line three days later he came back to cover up the mouse hole and since then we have heard rats in the wall I treid to tell the manager but she was gone for three weeks I am about to have a baby in less than two months and will not stand for rats being in my home.
