Hi, I have a question regarding a condo. a condo i am interested in says that in a monthly condo fee, they include heat source but do not include the heat pump (heat pump is run by electricity) I am wondering what costs more? heat pump costs more or heat source? can i consider this unit which has heat source covered to have heat included? or will i pay a lot for running heat pump??? Also does air conditioning and heating uses up different amounts of heat pump?

recently a friend from work told me he had money issues and asked if he could stay at me and my girlfriends flat for a little while, so we agreed. we agreed ?75 a week and thats what we got... for the first 2 weeks then he said, he dosent have the money to pay us full so he gave us ?50 a week, which angered us because that wasnt the agreement, im 19 n i dnt know wheather hes taking advantage because of my age or its because he just dont have the money but hes saving ?400 rent and ?200 on cabs but he cant afford to pay us? wen hes here hes got a computer all to himself coz we dnt use it even known he mostly goes on MY personal laptop n we bought him a blow up bed n pump so he dnt have to sleep on our new sofa, but i continously see him usein the sofa as a bed. so to brake it down he gets a warm bed, food, snacks,dinner,water/baths tv n internet, what should we be chargein him? I have asthma and my kitchen/bathroom ventilation system is transferring cigarette smoke from my neighbor's apartment into mine. I can't cook in my kitchen when she's smoking. The apartment maintenance people say there's nothing wrong with my ventilation, but I cannot continue to live with the cigarette smoke! What can I do? Can I sue the apartment complex to break my lease? I was under the assumption that each apartment unit was required to have SEPARATE vent systems. This is obviously not the case in mine! Duke - No, I've been fairly happy at the apartment except that I can't BREATHE in there, and I don't want to be paying for nickle and dime stuff when they could be using the free city dumpsters.
