I moved into a place where there is a well pump. He has to mobile homes on this lot. I did not know that the water is supplied to two homes. Nor is it in my lease. It only states we are responsible for our own billing.

There is a second pump on the other side of the lot. However the electric supply to the pump the two places use is connected to my electricity. Everytime the other tenant uses the water, our pressure is a slow drip, also our power is used. When we just lived here we had no problems and our bill was 150.00 or below. Now since there is a new person living in the other place our bill has shot to 350.00 or higher. I did not know this till they moved in that we had to share water and pay for theirs and our electricity. Is this legal?

He also will not fix anything in our home, tells us we have to do this. He also bring in these nasty fridges that says we must clean in order to use and we have to move them out and hook them up. There are holes in the ceilings and none of the doors close. This landlord is not doing anything right. What are my legal options?

I was wondering if any British people had any experience with buying a property in Florida or Canada as a 2nd option. We would like to know the process, the costs involved, do you do holiday lets or get a tenant in? Which estate agents would you recommend to use? Or alternatively, are there any internet sites which you can recommend we use?

The purchase would be cash, so no hassle with banks etc. If anyone can help, ideally someone with the experience would be great! You can answer on here or email me at kayro_2003@yahoo.com.
